Growing up as a Navy brat, I had the privilege of living in diverse places like Guam, Puerto Rico, and Maryland. This upbringing shaped my adaptability, strengthened my ability to build meaningful connections, and taught me how to embrace change as an opportunity for growth. Today, I call Atlanta, Georgia, home, where I share my life with my partner, Jason—an entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness industry who shares my passion for transformation and empowerment.
With over 25 years of leadership experience at a Fortune 100 healthcare company, I’ve spent my career driving innovation, leading high-performing teams, and fostering inclusive, people-centered cultures. My expertise spans organizational leadership coaching, corporate leadership development, business consulting, and event strategy, with a focus on empowering business leaders and building sustainable growth strategies.
Through Empower 3sixty by CM LLC, I bring my experience, insights, and passion for personal growth, leadership development, and organizational success to individuals and businesses alike. Whether providing coaching for entrepreneurs Atlanta, guiding women empowerment coaching programs, helping companies strengthen leadership and team dynamics coaching, or designing impactful events that inspire, my mission remains the same—to empower growth, drive change, and achieve excellence.
Most recently, Empower 3sixty served as site coordinator and host for the Atlanta stop of Dr. Zeb Talley III’s Self Awareness Tour—leading a 15-person volunteer team, managing day-of logistics, coordinating vendors, and emceeing the entire event experience. From vision to execution, we brought his message to life and empowered attendees every step of the way.
